Funding of the Campaign

Aktion Saubere Hände was funded by the Federal Ministry of Health from 2008 until 2013. A support association Aktion Saubere Hände comprised of various organizations guaranteed the continuation of the campaign between 2014 and 2016. Our thanks go out to all of them.
The establishment of membership fees by participating hospitals has secured the funding of Aktion Saubere Hände since 2018.

It is still possible to become a Sponsor of Aktion Saubere Hände by contributing €5000 or more annually.

It is also possible to support the campaign with a donation of €500 or more. If your organization is interested in this option, please send us an email and we will provide additional details.

A Code of Sponsorship has been developed to ensure the neutrality and independence of Aktion Saubere Hände.

Campaign Partners

Aktion Saubere Hände is also being implemented in Austria. The federal states Styria, Tirol and Carinthia pay a fixed rate contribution for their individual hospitals. Hospitals outside these three states conclude membership agreements with Aktion Saubere Hände directly.
